Surge is an early stage startup focused on providing the best service we can. Because of that, we've made the decision to focus primarily on serving customers sending within the United States. However, we do provide international text messaging as well, but we do so on a "best effort" basis.
We can send to most countries around the world, but we don't have the same level of coverage or reliability as we do in the United States. And in order to protect against fraud, new accounts are prevented from sending outside of the US and Canada. If you need to send internationally, please reach out to support
These prices are per segment for outbound SMS only. Inbound SMS will be charged at standard US rates wherever supported.
No additional carriers fees are charged outside the US.
